  • Our team will personally call you the next business day (or sooner) to arrange the details of your delivery.
  1. Dispatch from Our Warehouses
  • Your order is carefully prepared and dispatched from our warehouses. 
  1. Delivery to Your Door
  • Enjoy your new furniture as it transforms your space!

Delivery Timeframes

  • East Coast Metro (Sydney, Brisbane, and Gold Coast metropolitan areas):
  • 1-5 business days for instock items at your local warehouse( Syd & Hervey Bay).

Canberra and Melbourne:

  • 4-15 business days.
  • All Other Areas: including SA, WA, Far South Coast, Rural NSW, etc.
  • 10-15 business days.

Delivery times are calculated from the receipt of payment and are generally for ground floor delivery only. Special delivery requirements may extend these timeframes. If you are unsure the item is instock at your local warehouse, please call us to confirm.

Please note: We have our own fleet that does East Coast Metro delivery which is why we are able to offer faster delivery. For all other areas we rely on our trusted delivery partners and are subject to their timeframes.

Pick-Up Options

We think it’s easier and better to have our friendly team take care of delivery for you, but if you’d prefer to pick up your order we’ve got you covered!

  • Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm - BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
